More than 200 years of charter experience sits across the Global Charter team, spread between offices covering Europe, North America and the Middle East. Brokers and flight operations staff work the same corridors repeatedly, so the knowledge builds rather than resets with each trip.

That matters because charter knowledge is specific rather than general. Knowing which operators are reliable in Nice in August, which airports tighten up at short notice, and which aircraft actually clears a given runway in winter comes from having done it, not from a database.

Global Charter does not operate aircraft, so selecting the right operator is one of the most important parts of any charter. We only work with operators that hold valid certification and insurance, use fully qualified crews, and meet appropriate independent safety standards.

Our assessment also reflects our own experience of working with each operator. Reliability, communication, aircraft presentation, crew professionalism and how disruption has been handled on previous flights all matter. If an operator fails to meet the standards we expect for our clients, we will not work with them again.

A charter quote is not a fixed price list. What a trip costs depends on the aircraft, the route, the date, how long the aircraft is on the ground and where it has to come from in the first place. Two identical journeys a fortnight apart can price very differently, and an empty leg returning to base can make a longer trip cheaper than a shorter one.

Global Charter publishes its rates rather than keeping that behind an enquiry. Hourly costs by aircraft category, and example prices for routes we arrange regularly. Every quote sets out what is included, so the figure given is the figure paid.
