Recognising the opportunity to provide a more personalised and client-centric service, Harry and Dan set out to build a brokerage that not only prioritises clients but also fosters a more empowering environment for brokers.

Harry Morgan, CEO & Founder, is an entrepreneur at heart, driven by a passion for business development, technology, and global expansion. With over 14 years of experience in the aviation industry, Harry’s leadership has steered Global Charter to the forefront of the sector, combining innovation with a deep commitment to client service.
