Best Airport in Ibiza for Private Jets
Ibiza is served by Ibiza Airport (IBZ) for private aviation – the island's only commercial airport, situated around 7 kilometres southwest of Ibiza Town and around 15 minutes by road to the main hotel and villa areas along the coast. A private arrival or departure routes through the general aviation terminal, clear of the commercial operation that handles most of the summer's inbound traffic.
Through July and August, the airport runs at capacity. Slot availability and parking both firm up well ahead, and aircraft often need to reposition off the island between drop-off and pick-up rather than hold on the ground.
Global Charter Tip: Friday and Saturday arrivals at IBZ in July and August are the tightest slots of the year. Weekday landings – Monday through Thursday – see far less pressure, and even a few hours' flexibility on peak days can save both time on the ground and money in the quote.
What to Do in Ibiza

- Days on the water. Almost every group we arrange asks about a yacht at some point. We work with a set of Ibiza-based operators for day charters – usually a run to Formentera for Cala Saona or Es Caló, back via Es Vedrà. For longer stays, we arrange full-week yachts picking up from Marina Ibiza or Marina Botafoc.
- Restaurants and beach clubs. For dinner, we most often send clients to Sa Punta, Cipriani, Nobu or La Gaia. For lunch, Blue Marlin at Cala Jondal is the most-requested beach club, with Beso Beach in Formentera the standard pick if you're already on the water.
