Private Jet to Art Basel Paris 2026
Art Basel Paris takes place at the Grand Palais from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October 2026. The venue currently lists public opening hours from 11:00 to 19:00 each day. The 2026 fair brings together 211 exhibitors from 41 countries and territories. We arrange private jet flights to Paris around admission times, gallery appointments, airport availability, aircraft parking and the passenger’s hotel.
Paris–Le Bourget is the main airport we consider for business aviation. Its restrictions on late-night jet departures must be included in the return plan, particularly for passengers attending dinners or evening events after the fair.
Benefits of Flying Private to Art Basel Paris
- Flight times matched to your admission: Arrival and departure times can be planned around public access, invitation-only appointments and private gallery visits.
- Business aviation facilities: Le Bourget provides private passenger terminals, customs, immigration and aircraft handling.
- Aircraft selected for the route: Passenger numbers, baggage, flight distance and cabin requirements are checked before an aircraft is offered.
- One aircraft for the group: Collectors, advisers and colleagues can travel together with an agreed cabin and catering plan.
- Return schedule checked in advance: Grand Palais closing time, Paris traffic and the Le Bourget jet departure restriction are considered before take-off is confirmed.
Private Jet Costs for Art Basel Paris
The following figures are indicative one-way prices for the whole aircraft. They are not per-passenger fares or guaranteed live offers. Passengers travelling from the UK can review our London to Paris private jet guide for current aircraft choices, London airport options and route information.
Short European routes will usually suit a very light, light jet or super light jet, depending on the number of passengers and baggage. Flights from North America will normally require a super-midsize, heavy jet or ultra-long-range aircraft. The final charter price depends on the aircraft’s starting location, airport charges, crew duty time, parking, handling, passenger taxes and any empty flights required before or after the passenger sector.
France applies an additional passenger tax to qualifying private charter departures. The amount depends on the aircraft and route distance and will be shown separately in the quote. The current bands are explained in our French private jet departure tax guide.
Best Private Jet Airports for Art Basel Paris
Paris–Le Bourget is the main business aviation airport for Art Basel Paris. Charles de Gaulle or Orly may be considered when the aircraft, schedule, onward connection or confirmed parking arrangement makes Le Bourget unsuitable.
Aéroport de Paris-Le Bourget
Paris–Le Bourget Airport (LBG/LFPB) is approximately 11 kilometres north-east of central Paris and is the city’s principal business aviation airport.
The airport has three runways, with the longest measuring 2,991 metres. It can accommodate aircraft ranging from light jets to heavy and ultra-long-range aircraft, subject to the operator’s performance calculations. The current French aeronautical information for Le Bourget lists the airport, customs, immigration and air traffic services as operating around the clock. An approved airport handling company is mandatory, and the handler must be named in the flight plan.
Although the airport operates 24 hours, jet aircraft cannot leave their parking stand for departure between 22:15 and 06:00 local time. A late dinner or reception can therefore make a same-night departure from Le Bourget impractical. Aircraft parking is confirmed separately from the arrival time. If the jet cannot remain at Le Bourget, it may drop off the passengers and reposition to another airport. The quote will include the empty positioning flight and the return sector required for collection.
