Private Jet to the Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026
The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix takes place on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit from Thursday 19 to Saturday 21 November 2026. Unlike most Formula 1 events, the race weekend finishes on Saturday night rather than Sunday.
We arrange private jet flights to Las Vegas around the evening sessions, airport availability, aircraft parking and each passenger’s hotel and ticket zone. Harry Reid International is the principal option for international and large-cabin aircraft, while Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas can suit eligible domestic flights.
Benefits of Flying Private to the Las Vegas Grand Prix
- Flight times based on the night programme: Arrivals and departures can be planned around Thursday practice, Friday qualifying and Saturday’s Grand Prix.
- Private aviation facilities: Passengers use the appointed FBO rather than the main airline terminal.
- Aircraft selected for the route: The jet is chosen according to passenger number, baggage, flight distance, cabin requirements and runway performance.
- One aircraft for the group: The booked passengers travel together with agreed catering and cabin arrangements.
- Planned Saturday return: Race timing, Strip road closures, after-hours handling, aircraft parking and crew duty limits are considered before departure is confirmed.

Quanto costa un posto privato per il Gran Premio di Formula 1 di Las Vegas?
Flights from Los Angeles or Phoenix may suit a light or midsize jet when the passenger and baggage totals fit the selected aircraft. Transcontinental routes may require a super-midsize or heavy jet, while a nonstop flight from London will normally require an ultra-long-range jet.
I migliori aeroporti per jet privati in occasione del Gran Premio di Formula 1 di Las Vegas
- Harry Reid International Airport (LAS): The primary airport serving Las Vegas, located just a few minutes from the Strip. It has dedicated FBO (Fixed Base Operator) services for private jets, ensuring a smooth transition from your flight to the event.
Event-Week Parking and Prior Permission
The FAA may activate Prior Permission Required parking at Harry Reid, Henderson and occasionally North Las Vegas during busy periods. When active, the operator needs a PPR number from the FBO for each landing. A flight plan or slot does not guarantee parking, so we check the current FAA notice, FBO availability and parking before confirming the itinerary.
International private arrivals at Harry Reid require an advance customs reservation. Aircraft carrying 20 or fewer passengers and crew normally require 12 hours’ notice during customs hours of 08:00 to 19:59, or 24 hours outside those hours. Larger groups require more notice. The operator also submits the required passenger and crew information through eAPIS. Customs approval remains separate from landing permission, handling and parking, while passengers must hold the correct passport, ESTA or visa.
