Private Jet to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2026

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show takes place from Wednesday 28 October to Sunday 1 November 2026 across six waterfront and exhibition locations in Fort Lauderdale. The organiser lists more than 1,300 boats and 1,000 exhibiting brands, covering superyachts, brokerage vessels, new builds, tenders, marine equipment and technology. The 2026 event is the 67th edition of FLIBS.

Entry to an individual yacht is at the discretion of the broker, dealer or manufacturer. A FLIBS admission ticket does not automatically confirm a private yacht viewing.

Getting Around FLIBS

The waterfront layout makes transport between appointments an important part of the day.

The Broward County Convention Center acts as a main transport hub, with connections to other show areas by shuttle, golf cart and water taxi. FLIBS water taxis begin operating approximately one hour before the show opens and stop one hour after it closes.

If you have several yacht inspections booked, send us the marina and appointment time for each one rather than simply giving the event name. This allows the chauffeur schedule to be built around the correct locations and leaves enough time to move between waterfront sites. Short regional routes may suit a light or super light jet when the passenger and baggage totals permit. Flights from New York or Chicago may require a light, super light or midsize jet, depending on the cabin requested and the nonstop performance required. The final price depends on where the aircraft starts, the selected Fort Lauderdale airport, crew duty time, FBO charges, event-week parking and any empty flights required before or after the passenger sector.

International Flights and Aircraft Parking During FLIBS

Aircraft availability and an FBO booking do not confirm US entry approval or parking.

For international private flights, the operator must submit APIS data and obtain CBP permission to land before leaving the foreign airport. FLL and FXE require this at least one hour before arrival. Schedule changes beyond the permitted tolerance require revised approval. First-landing rules or a Border Overflight Exemption may also affect the route.

Parking is confirmed separately. If the aircraft cannot remain at FLL or FXE, it may reposition to another South Florida airport, adding empty flight sectors to the quote. Passengers must hold the required passport, ESTA, visa or other entry document and report passenger-list changes promptly. The chauffeur should also receive the exact FBO or customs facility address.
