Flying into New York

Teterboro Airport (TEB) is usually the first airport considered for Fashion Week passengers staying in Manhattan.

Teterboro is around 12 miles from Midtown and is focused on private and business aviation. It has several private aviation facilities and on-site customs clearance for qualifying international arrivals.

Other airports can make sense depending on the itinerary:

• Westchester County Airport (HPN) for passengers staying north of Manhattan or in Connecticut
• Republic Airport (FRG) for itineraries based on Long Island
• Larger New York airports for selected aircraft or international operating requirements

New York Fashion Week does not take place at one central venue.

Shows, presentations and appointments can be scheduled across Manhattan and other parts of New York, sometimes with relatively short gaps between them. The chauffeur plan should therefore be built from the confirmed addresses and show times. The preliminary 2026 CFDA schedule opens on 10 September and closes on 15 September. Several brands are also presenting on Wednesday 9 September, including Ralph Lauren, Coach and Rachel Comey. The final CFDA Fashion Calendar should be checked again before travel because show times and locations can change. NYFW also overlaps with the closing days of the US Open Tennis 2026, which runs until 13 September. Passengers attending both events should allow additional time for movements between Manhattan and Flushing Meadows.
