Senior Private Jet Broker - London

Global Charter is looking for an experienced Senior Private Jet Broker to join our London team.

This role is for someone who already understands on-demand private jet charter and has a proven track record of managing clients, closing charter business and building repeat revenue.You will manage your own portfolio while also benefiting from Global Charter’s inbound enquiry flow, existing accounts, technology and international operator network.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one, develop new business and build long-term relationships with private clients, entrepreneurs, executives, family offices and companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound private jet charter enquiries
• Developing new business through outbound prospecting and your own network
• Building and growing a portfolio of repeat clients
• Managing the full charter sales process from enquiry to confirmed booking
• Sourcing aircraft and negotiating with operators
• Managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Maintaining accurate client and sales activity within our CRM
• Working closely with Operations to ensure confirmed flights are delivered successfully
• Supporting clients when trips require attention outside standard business hours

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in private jet charter brokerage
• Proven track record of generating revenue and closing charter business
• Strong knowledge of the UK and European private aviation market
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Confident negotiating with clients and aircraft operators
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and commercially driven
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
