Senior Private Jet Broker - United States

Global Charter is looking for an experienced Private Jet Broker to join our growing US team.

This role is for someone who already understands private aviation and has a proven track record of selling private jet charter. You will manage your own client relationships while also benefiting from Global Charter’s inbound enquiry flow, existing accounts, technology and international operator network.

The role can be based remotely within the United States or from New York, giving experienced brokers the flexibility to manage their book of business while remaining closely connected to our wider sales and operations teams. We are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one, develop new business and grow long-term relationships with private clients, executives, family offices and companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound private jet charter enquiries
• Developing new business through outbound prospecting and your own network
• Building and growing a portfolio of repeat clients
• Managing the full charter process from enquiry and quoting through to confirmed booking
• Sourcing aircraft and negotiating with operators
• Managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Keeping client activity and opportunities accurately updated within our CRM
• Working closely with Operations to ensure confirmed flights are delivered successfully
• Remaining available to clients when trips require support outside standard business hours

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in private jet charter or private aviation sales
• Proven track record of generating revenue and closing charter business
• Strong knowledge of the private aviation market
• Established client management and relationship-building skills
• Confident negotiating with clients and aircraft operators
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline
• Authorised to work in the United States
